Prerequisites: Participants should have at least a baseline general awareness of the People & Culture function and key leader in a corporate M&A environment. This course will provide a comprehensive topical viewpoint including due diligence, integration, total rewards, culture/change management, talent, organization design and other essential requirements for the HR M&A Leader’s success at each phase of the M&A lifecycle process.
Advance Preparation: Short proprietary case study pre-read will be sent one week prior to course start date.
