DALLAS – March 1, 2016 – The Board of M&A Standards today announced that Alexandra Reed Lajoux, author and merger/acquisition executive, has accepted a seat on this advisory panel. Lajoux joins 12 other M&A professionals on the board, which is a not-for-profit organization created to “give back” to the M&A community.
Alexandra Lajoux is cofounder of the Art of M&A Series, author of The Art of M&A Integration, and coauthor of all other titles in this longstanding McGraw-Hill Education series. She recently retired as Chief Knowledge Officer of the National Association of Corporate Directors, after three decades with that organization. Currently she is a principal in Capital Expert Services, LLC, providing M&A transaction and litigation support. Lajoux holds a PhD from Princeton University and an MBA, Loyola University of Maryland.
