Seeking an Experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Technology practice and work closely with our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice on M&A Due Diligence projects. We are seeking a candidate with expertise designing technology solutions through system integration and application development. The candidate must also demonstrate working knowledge and experience with business process improvement techniques and best practices, software engineering concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, object-oriented design, unit testing and documentation), and project management methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our emerging Technology practice on strategic enterprise architecture projects, M&A due diligences, post-merger integrations, and leading large scale implementations.
