Everyone says it all the time… “M&A is…a skill set …an enterprise competency…an organizational capability.”

We certainly believe that, and I’ll bet you do too. Common sense and practical experience (both good and bad!) have demonstrated time and again that you have to work at getting your organization good at M&A.
