Mary Chico

Mary Chico is a Director within WTW M&A practice.  Mary focuses her consulting on leading complex global M&A, joint venture, divestiture and spin-off transactions.  She has extensive experience in talent retention, culture and integration effectiveness. In addition, she has lead global cross project teams in the areas of business and operational transformation across various functions such as IT, finance, tax, legal, communications, etc.

Prior to joining WTW, Mary spent 20 years working for General Electric across senior HR roles in M&A, as a business partner and heading global leadership programs.  In collaboration with her peers at IBM, Boeing and WTW, Mary has published articles in the areas of cultural integration and talent assessment that were presented at WorldatWork. 

Mary holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). She is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Coach and certified in Executive Leadership Assessment.
