Jocelyn Lammoglia
Jocelyn Lammoglia is a Director within WTW's M&A Practice, heavily involved in supporting and developing M&A initiatives in Latin America, as well as supporting M&A cross-border assignments. Prior to joining the M&A Practice, she was a Consultant in the International Consulting Group (ICG) in New York.
Samples of Jocelyn’s M&A experiences include:
- Project managed the global benefits work for a financial services company’s spin off
- Performing benefits and HR due diligence for a US multinational acquiring a company headquarter in France, among various other smaller due diligence projects
- Led regional integration efforts in Latin America for a Global cosmetic company acquiring the spin-off from a large multinational concelebrate, including the creation and delivery of personalized welcome letters and side-by-side statements to all employees in each market
Jocelyn has consulting and project management experience from a variety of projects. Her experience in this area includes planning and managing complex cross-border accounting projects for employee benefit plans (including US GAAP, IAS 19, Mexican GAAP and K-GAAP), multi-country benefits reviews, competitive benchmarking for market practice data across industry sectors and countries.
Prior to her current role, Jocelyn was a member of the Retirement group at Towers Watson Mexico. Her experience included actuarial valuations for Defined Benefit plans and mandatory benefits in Mexico, setting-up and designing Pension plans, Defined Contribution account projections and individual Pension benefit calculations.
Jocelyn holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the National University of Mexico (UNAM). She also has a post-graduate degree in Finance and Administration from the same University. She is a Qualified International Pension Actuary (QIPA).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
