Briana Sharp

Briana Sharp is a business transformation leader and M&A expert with a reputation of facilitating major change throughout her career.  Briana has the unique talent of finding common ground between business needs and the employee experience, utilizing a business-friendly approach that helps engage staff through the transformation process, rather than having change forced on them.   She has advised companies through the people side of M&A working on more than 20 transactions both pre- and post-close, including leading employee engagement/communication/change, leveraging the organization design process to align the people to strategy, helping organizations assess culture and develop roadmaps to foster a desired future-state culture, and standing up new HR functions. 

Briana has worked successfully across a number of industries, including Life Sciences/Pharma, Technology, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Manufacturers, and Distributors, and her clients have ranged from small entrepreneurial organizations to established global leaders. 

Prior to joining M&A Partners, Briana served in senior transformation and change management and roles at both start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations including Toyota Financial Services and Washington Mutual.  Briana also spent seven years with Deloitte Consulting’s M&A practice, where she was able to combine her passion for employee engagement with the large and often complex challenges associated with merging the operations and cultures of companies.

Briana holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from UC San Diego, and a MA in Communication Management, awarded with distinction, from the University of Southern California.
