Hello everyone –
My message this month will be short and to the point. In working with some of our workshop alumni and select members of the Board of M&A Standards, we have published a quick M&A corporate assessment.
Click here to obtain what we have identified as “Today’s Top 30 M&A Self-Assessment Questions.” This list is not a formal evaluation in that it will not be weighted or scored, but it is more to generate awareness of the right things to be done to achieve successful growth by acquisitions. Some of the questions reflect both best practices as well as best outcomes for today’s practitioners.
Please use these questions to quickly assess your company’s practices and outcomes for any voids, then:
- Document the practices that should be implemented for your next deal
- Socialize and develop the practices, roles and responsibilities
- Incorporate the practices into your M&A workflow
- Join us at our resort venue workshops for input, direction and networking with Council professionals and your peers
