Tony Enlow, CPA, is a Transaction Advisory Services professional who has 25 years of experience leading quality of earnings analyses and other financial due diligence services for private equity groups, strategic acquirers, and investment banks (sell-side due diligence).

Tony, a former partner in BDO's transaction advisory practice, has led numerous transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $40 billion and has assisted buyers and sellers that include private equity, public, and private companies focused on transactional quality of earnings, cash flows, and working capital.

He has experience in a number of industries including agriculture, multi-location retail and restaurant, manufacturing and distribution, textiles, regulated and unregulated energy and energy-related services, professional services, technology, and many others.

Tony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and chairs the membership committee for the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter.
