Gwen Pope is a veteran M&A generalist, problem-solver, and thought leader drawing from broad cross-functional in-house and consultancy roles.

Her transactional experience spans 15 years and nearly 100 deals ranging from $10M to $10B, buy and sell-side, supporting the full lifecycle.

Gwen has built and led full lifecycle functional M&A practices focused on Product, Tech, Platform, and GTM scope, and partnered with executive leadership to guide inorganic road mapping at Google, eBay, Microsoft, and Fortune 100 clients (while at Deloitte).

Prior to this Gwen built deep expertise in developing, integrating, and managing enterprise software products with a specialization in Cloud technologies. Gwen is also passionate about engaging with the global M&A practitioner community; her contributions on topics of agile frameworks for operational excellence in M&A have been leveraged in multiple publications, podcasts, and forums.
