Larry Dell Joins the M&A Leadership Council as Executive Director
Released by M&A Leadership Council

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DALLAS – May 24, 2018 – The M&A Leadership Council is proud to announce the addition of Larry Dell as its new Executive Director in charge of Alumni Relations. His primary responsibility will be to assist the more than 2,500 executives from around the world who have attended the various M&A training programs offered by the Council. Mr. Dell will be the focal point to help shepherd companies, their M&A teams or individual leaders to the right resources and offerings of the M&A Leadership Council and their partner companies.

“I have known Larry for many years and watched him become one of the best, most sincere networking people I know within the M&A community. He will dedicate himself to assisting our alumni through the CMAS certification process, as well as pointing them to the right resources offered by the Council companies to provide advice and consulting services to the M&A community. We are delighted to have Larry on the team,” stated Jim Jeffries, Chairman.

Mr. Dell’s 20 years of experience in M&A business development began with the co-founding of eknow, inc., one of the earliest developers of SaaS-based M&A management software platforms; and most recently he was Co-Founder and CEO of Capital Expert Services in Washington, DC. Over the past two decades, Mr. Dell has cultivated and maintained relationships with leaders in all areas of the M&A community, and organized informative M&A webinars and events featuring industry experts.

“With potentially $trillions of annual transaction activity, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures might be the most valuable yet the riskiest of corporate undertakings. Risk can be mitigated and the odds of succeeding increased when those who become involved in the growth process are equipped and trained properly. I am delighted to join such a prestigious organization that has a unique and trusted approach in assisting companies to create and improve their in-house M&A execution capabilities,” added Larry Dell.

Mr. Dell will be operating out of the M&A Leadership Council office in Washington D.C., and the council looks forward to partnering with him in providing alumni with the assistance needed to obtain M&A success.
