Well, here we are approaching the end of 2016 and making plans for 2017. It gives me great pleasure to announce that BDO has joined the M&A Leadership Council and will be leading the Transaction Management portion of our broad training programs for next year with a focus on Due Diligence.
BDO's Transaction Advisory group are experts in working with strategic and financial buyers, sellers, and lenders across the full spectrum of mergers and acquisitions. The organization is comprised of multidisciplinary professionals, who are committed to delivering the highest level of sharing best practices and approaches to financial, operational and investigative diligence that will help our attendees uncover hidden risks and opportunities during the diligence phase of their growth plans.
The Council and BDO along with our other partner companies (Baker and McKenzie and Willis Towers Watson) are working hard to provide the best Due Diligence training available in 2017.
