M&A Integration Lead
M&A Partners a boutique consulting firm specializing in assisting client organizations achieve superior M&A integration success through our best-in-class solutions. Currently, we are in need of several M&A Integration Leads for upcoming long-term client engagements. Travel to client location(s) will be required.
The Integration Lead is responsible for leading merger/acquisition implementations and enterprise-wide projects, analysis, and/or initiatives for client. This position drives key business outcomes for client value based programs through a blend of project management, enterprise analysis, with staff and executive engagement. The position requires a high-level of collaboration skills as well as an orientation to dive-in, learn and solve or fix.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, coordinate and lead critical business and technological efforts related to integrating target organization and/or enhancements to existing functions as it relates to the ongoing needs of protecting/preserving value of acquired organization.
- Drive the integration of various functional areas for optimal operational efficiency and optimized business model in support of timely and consistent achievement of the goals as outlined in the integration plan.
- Collect high level business requirements and ensure traceability of business objectives through the entire integration lifecycle. The business integration lead efforts will focus on the high-level requirements, leading the integration efforts in partnership with business leaders and executives.
- Accountable for partnering with internal business owners and to integrate/incorporate new capabilities across all functions in support of value based integration efforts.
- Work across departments/divisions to achieve integration and business goals. Ensure the right people are involved at the right times with each effort, functioning as the primary point of contact for requirement efforts in close collaboration with business subject matter experts, project managers and business system analysts.
- Leverage key internal and external relationships to access the information, products and resources (technology, training, staff, etc.) necessary to successfully integrate the acquired business. Engage all necessary internal and external parties to resolve gaps in processes, system integration, reporting required to implement the acquired organization.
- Leverage existing technology by identifying opportunities to systematize manual processes and
- interventions. Identify and present opportunities to incorporate new technology into processes and flows.
- Manage and communicate a clear vision of the effort objectives, and motivate the extended teams to achieve them; create an environment that enables peak performance by team members.
- Document and analyze the current and future state business processes as it relates to rolling out new initiatives and/or enhancing existing process. Perform analysis to determine short and long term strategies, leveraging best practices, document pros and cons of various options and present recommendations in a clear, concise manner.

Education:
- Requires Bachelor's degree
- Prefer graduate studies and/or professional development activities.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of M&A related work across all functions/disciplines.
- Requires minimum of 5 years’ experience managing M&A specific projects.
- Requires demonstrated experience in a key contributor role in company initiatives.
- Requires demonstrated track record of roles with increasing responsibilities.

M&A Senior Project Manager
M&A Partners a boutique consulting firm specializing in assisting client organizations achieve superior M&A integration success through our best-in-class solutions. Currently, we are in need of several M&A Senior Project Managers for upcoming long-term client engagements. Travel to client location(s) will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding overall scope of transition services and relevant integration information.
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders with acquired businesses for issue management in service delivery.
- Driving daily/weekly/monthly integration/transition services, execution of status meetings
- Monitoring technical issues in service delivery and driving resolutions and escalations where needed.
- Leading overall management of client integration work execution and oversight on all project timelines
- Responsible for setting up and managing the execution of client integration projects to convert acquired assets, manage large cross-functional projects during conversion throughout the program’s lifecycle including – Initiation, Governance, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure. This includes ensuring that all the program deliverables and outcomes are implemented on time, on budget, and within scope, to meet the expectations of the Client, Project Sponsor and Owner.

- M&A Pipeline Coordination
- Assist in setting up reporting and quality of communication between the new partners and the general management
- Identifies, tracks, manages and resolves project issues and risks
- Performs risk analysis and assist in the development of risk response plans
- Experience in performing the key analytical functions involved in M&A transactions including business and financial analysis, forecasting and modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Ability to work with other work stream leads, project leaders and team members
Effective leadership is the successful coordination of all aspects of multiple M&A deals, to bring about the desired results.
