Seeking: M&A Integration Specialist

A top consulting company is looking for seasoned professionals who have demonstrated success in managing a core business function as well as leading major operational improvement consulting projects. Their business is providing advisory and consulting assistance across the life cycle of M&A (strategy through integration) with an emphasis on integration planning and implementation. While prior M&A expertise and experience is highly desirable, the following are the major attributes being sought:
- Over 20 years of combined work experience as a functional leader and/or a management consultant
- Demonstrated success as a management consultant with experience in running a diversity of business improvement projects for commercial clients
- A high performance professional with excellent presentation and writing skills; able to work across all levels in the organization from the C-suite to middle management
- A team player who is coachable, flexible and adaptive to change and ambiguity
- Strong project management and change management skills and experiences
- Willing to work long hours at the client site in a highly leveraged model with client teams,operating with tight deadlines and major deliverables
- Able to commit to as much as 50% travel
