Seeking: M&A Integration Specialist

Do you have an interest in working in a high paying, exciting and challenging environment assisting large and mid-size companies to achieve success through the effective integration of acquired businesses?

A top consulting company is looking for seasoned professionals who have demonstrated success in managing a core business function as well as leading major operational improvement consulting projects.  Their business is providing advisory and consulting assistance across the life cycle of M&A (strategy through integration) with an emphasis on integration planning and implementation. While prior M&A expertise and experience is highly desirable, the following are the major attributes being sought: 

  • Over 20 years of combined work experience as a functional leader and/or a management consultant
  • Demonstrated success as a management consultant with experience in running a diversity of business improvement projects for commercial clients
  • A high performance professional with excellent presentation and writing skills; able to work across all levels in the organization from the C-suite to middle management
  • A team player who is coachable, flexible and adaptive to change and ambiguity
  • Strong project management and change management skills and experiences
  • Willing to work long hours at the client site in a highly leveraged model with client teams,operating with tight deadlines and major deliverables
  • Able to commit to as much as 50% travel
