I’m happy to announce that companies who have an exceptionally difficult acquisition in the pipeline or those who are embarking on M&A for the first time can now receive in-house “Just-In-Time” training for their M&A teams. That’s right. The M&A Leadership Council, the organization which has trained more M&A executives than any other organization and offers the prestigious Certified M&A Specialist certification program, will now come to you and prepare your M&A teams for success -- just in time for the next deal.

If your company is on the cusp of a transaction and you want to make certain that you are ready with the right teams, tools and approach, you can either send one or two team members to our public training, or the Council can now be on-site at your location, and in 1 - 2 days have your organization fully informed of the requirements for success and empowered with the tools to get them there.

  2. The Art of M&A – Entire Life Cycle”: Two days of on-site training for up to 40 participants.  The working sessions will cover the entire M&A life cycle (Strategy & Targeting, Transaction Management, Pre-Announcement, Pre-Close and Post-Close).  A thorough presentation of the best practices executed by today’s best acquirers will prepare your entire M&A team for the challenges ahead.
  3. The Art of M&A Integration – Short Course”: One day of on-site training for up to 40 participants.  Similar to the public workshop, this condensed module delivers the best of M&A Integration practices, governances, structures and tools.  The sessions combine a balance of energetic front-of-the-room instruction along with highly interactive discussions and exercises that will prepare your Integration organization to take the handoff from Due Diligence and begin creating value for the new combination.
