Beginning in 2015, the M&A Leadership Council will greatly expand the courses offered to the M&A community. We are proud to introduce a new series of deep dives on tactical M&A topics, and will continue to offer "The Art of M&A Integration," which is always in demand.

NEW- Art of M&A Specialty Deep-Dives / 1.5-Day Fly-Ins

These rapid, driven and intense1.5-day courses will provide in-depth, advanced analysis of M&A practice specialties such as:

  • Strategy 
  • Due Diligence
  • IT Integration
  • Legal Risks & Compliance
  • and More

Training will be held at a hotel in the central U.S., on premises of a major airport (arrive by noon Thursday and depart by 3 pm Friday), so busy attendees can take advantage of how we've maximized logistics to minimize time away from work. These conferences will be presented throughout the year.

This 3-day course for M&A executives and professionals is the highest-rated and most popular program available on integration.  For 2015 our integration conference has been updated with nuance content and workflow; it will focus heavily on the top 10 integration practices which surfaced in the recent Council-sponsored M&A integration survey. The seminar curriculum follows the M&A Leadership Council Framework, which has been built with input from our highly experienced trainers and the more than 500 merger executives who have attended our M&A training.  This seminar will be offered once per quarter, in gorgeous San Diego for winter and summer, and sunny Scottsdale for spring and fall.
