Serving the M&A Community - Seeking M&A Integration Consultants

M&A is very active right now and there are many positions to be filled.

The M&A Leadership Council is routinely asked to refer experienced independent or boutique consultants and project contractors for a variety of general M&A, due diligence and integration assignments. Typical assignments are with Fortune 500 or upper mid-market acquirers with active or pending opportunities. Currently, the following prospective, project-based opportunities are being sourced.
 

Sr. Management Consultants
Minimum 10+ years as senior consultant focused on corporate strategy, change management, or operational performance improvement.  Senior level management preferred with experience working directly with top levels of client organizations while overseeing the delivery of high value consulting results.  Familiarity with M&A is a strong plus.  Candidates for these positions must be mature business people with a passion to learn and lead.  Location is optional but candidate should anticipate Monday – Thursday travel each week.  Compensation commensurate with experience and track record.

M&A Integration Project Lead
Minimum 10+ years directly related experience leading M&A integration projects as the deal sponsor, integration leader or senior executive committee member. High-deal count credentials preferred. Ability to directly advise, direct and coach executives, task force leads and integration management office staff through full cycle of pre-announcement, pre-closing, post-closing and value-optimization stages of integration. Work with designated executives to establish integration strategy, establish and manage integration governance model and process, establish and run integration office, and perform principal advisory role for accomplishing integration objectives. Location contingent upon project, with up to 80% travel required. Compensation commensurate with experience.

M&A Integration Project Senior Consultant
Minimum 5+ years directly related experience as integration manager, task force leader, integration management office principal or senior level consulting experience preferred. Ability to work with all levels and functional teams involved. Strong project planning, coordination, tracking, issue management, reporting and communication skills preferred. Prior experience with remote, cloud-based collaboration and tracking solutions preferred. Location contingent upon project, with up to 80% travel required. Compensation commensurate with experience.
