A recent study conducted by the M&A Leadership Council (Global M&A Reset: During and After the COVID-19 Storm) indicated that the vast majority of anticipated that shelter-in-place, work-from-home, and social distancing would have a substantial impact on companies’ ability to execute M&A across each deal phase operationally.
