The Art of M&A® Value-Driven Corporate Development & Due Diligence: Live-Online with M&A Direct℠

Course Description

Given today’s highly competitive M&A market environment, Corporate Development leaders are being tasked with an increasingly challenging set of requirements:

  1. Close the right deals faster;
  2. Identify and mitigate more potential risks through better due diligence; and,
  3. Integrate with maximum value-capture.

Updated with new content and adapted from our premier three-day on-site training program, this live ONLINE instructor-led course will help your organization take corporate development and due diligence to the next level of success. Expert-level facilitators and M&A practitioners will help you deliver on essential requirements, risks, and value-drivers from M&A strategy and targeting, through a comprehensive due diligence; and from pre-close integration strategy planning to transaction close.

Each module provides an overview of essential steps, processes, decision inputs, best practices, lessons learned and insights to apply. Consisting of 10.5 instructional hours, conducted over three, 3.5-hour modules, each session includes group discussion, work out exercises and examples to help guide your organization to maximum M&A success.
