Michael Murray, a principal with M&A Partners, is an experienced executive with an extensive background in operations management, process development, organizational development/change, and merger integration. During his 30 year career he has executed several merger repair efforts and led multiple global integrations.
Michael’s experience includes the development of several PMO/IMO organizations, process development and re-design, organizational change initiatives, operational merger repair, and merger integration from pre-close planning to post integration optimization. He has worked in several industry focus areas including, technology, customer service, and transaction processing including work with Walt Disney Inc., Intermedia Communications, Teleglobe International, and Incomm Inc. During this time, with a strong background in developing and leading high performance integration teams, Michael developed end to end merger and acquisition processes, best practices and methodologies, and tools to ensure the effective and successful execution of integration efforts
Prior to joining M&A Partners, Michael was Director of Strategic Business Development for Ericsson Inc. In this role, he established the North American M&A Integration practice to ensure the timely, effective integration of regional and global acquisitions. In addition, Michael defined End-to-End Business Objective processes and integration playbooks that have been adopted as best practice by the global Ericsson M&A team.
