Anthony Enlow

Tony has over 15 years of experience providing financial due diligence and transaction advisory services. He has worked on over 300 transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $40 billion and has assisted buyers and sellers that include private equity, public and private companies focused on transactional quality of earnings, cash flows and working capital. 

He has experience in a number of industries including agriculture companies, multi-location retail and restaurant, manufacturing, textiles, regulated and unregulated energy and energy related services, professional services, technology and many others. 

Prior to joining BDO, Tony was a Senior Manager at Cherry Bekaert, a Managing Director at FTI and spent eight years in Big 4 transaction advisory services. Tony has written several articles published by the AICPA and other publications detailing the importance of performing financial due diligence and how a quality of earnings analysis differs from an audit. During his time at FTI and the Big 4, Tony developed and delivered global training programs to over 300 professionals on topics such as performing a quality of earnings analysis, the accountant’s role in reviewing the purchase and sale agreement, and the importance of a thorough working capital analysis.
