Alicia Ruckman has over twelve years of experience working with the Transaction Advisory and Assurance practices at BDO. She focuses on providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to public and private strategic investors and private equity clients.

Alicia is a Director in BDO's Transaction Advisory Services group in Dallas, TX. At BDO, she has extensive knowledge in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to public and private strategic investors and private equity clients. She has over twelve years of experience working with BDO in the transaction advisory services and assurance practices. She has provided assurance and advisory services relating to business combinations, mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, and evaluation of internal control structures. Alicia has experience serving domestic and multinational clients in a number of industries including manufacturing & distribution, equipment rental, consumer goods & services, professional services, and specialty finance.
